Roses Only offers same day delivery service in London Central only. Delivery is available to most business addresses by 5pm and residential addresses by 7pm.
Your order must be placed by 10am (UK time) for our Same Day London Delivery service. All orders will incur a £5.00 delivery fee.
Roses Only is able to offer Saturday delivery to most areas within our London delivery network.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery to Other UK Areas - Tuesday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)
Roses Only offer a next day delivery service to Wales, Scotland and England. Delivery is available to most business addresses by 5pm and residential addresses by 7pm.
Your order must be placed by 4pm the day before for our Next Day Delivery Service. All UK orders will incur a £5.00 delivery fee.
Saturday Deliveries:
For orders placed by close of business on the THURSDAY prior to your requested Saturday delivery date, Roses Only is able to offer Saturday delivery to most areas within our London or England, Scotland and Wales delivery network.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Same Day or Next Day Delivery for orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Monday. This applies to both telephone orders and online orders.
Sunday Deliveries:
We are unable to offer Sunday Deliveries, except Mothering Sunday 14th March 2010.
Online orders placed on Saturday or Sunday:
We are unable to offer Same or Next Day Delivery for orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday. This applies to both telephone orders and online orders. ALL orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning. Any specific information about your delivery will be forwarded to you at that time. When ordering online, please clearly indicate any specific delivery requests in the ‘Special Requirements’ field on the ordering page.
Republic of Ireland and Other UK Areas Outside the Roses Only Delivery Network:
Roses Only promise the freshest quality of seasonal flowers and delivery through our national affiliate florist network. However we are unable to offer our signature Roses Only boxed flowers and specialised gift items to areas located outside our Roses Only network.
Delivery to these areas may take up to 48 hours and weekend delivery conditions may vary. Consequently, we recommend that you place your order at least one day in advance of your required delivery date. To view our full product range for areas outside our delivery network, please visit the Other International Deliveries section of our website. While we aim to match the flowers presented on this site to your order, due to seasonal factors this is not always possible. Therefore, our pictures should be used as a guide only. A local contact telephone number for the recipient is required for all deliveries.
International Deliveries
International orders can be placed online or placed over the phone. Flowers will be supplied by one of over 10,000 affiliated suppliers located throughout the world.
Although we guarantee the freshest quality of seasonal flowers, we may not be able to offer our signature Roses Only signature products and specialised gift items. Please be advised that international orders can take up to 48 hours to be delivered. For countries not listed, please phone 0800 587 1540 or internationally on +800 00908 890.
Notification of Delivery Fees
You will receive an automatic email receipt of your order shortly after your order is submitted. However, this does not mean the order and delivery requirements have been processed, only that your order has been successfully placed online.
A Roses Only Internet Sales Consultant will then review your order. Should delivery restrictions or additional charges apply, you will then be contacted by telephone or email to discuss these matters.
Once your order has been successfully processed, you will receive a second email confirmation.
Bank Holiday Deliveries:
Please be advised that deliveries may be unavailable or restricted on Bank Holidays. When bank holiday deliveries are available, a delivery surcharge may apply and we may not be able to offer specific-time deliveries. If you place an order for an area to which we are not servicing on a bank holiday, a Roses Only representative will contact you to notify you of any restrictions and to discuss alternative delivery arrangements.
